Basics View Classes

In this basic-level vinyasa flow class, we break down fundamental postures and movements to prepare you for open-level classes. Geared toward the beginner, but great for students with more experience looking to further develop basic postures, it is our intention to get you moving so you can feel the effect of yoga, but provide extra instruction at a slightly slower pace to help you build a solid foundation.

Flow + Let Go View Classes

This open level class is 50 minutes of flow followed by 15 minutes of supported postures meant to rest and reset the body.

Heated Flow View Classes

We use full-spectrum infrared panels to heat the room to a comfortable 80-90 degrees and create an extra rejuvenating, detoxifying, and de-stressing yoga experience. Unlike traditional hot yoga (like bikram), infrared radiant panels heat the room (and students) from the inside out – as your core temperatures rise, so does the room temperature.

Kids Yoga View Classes

This playful and imaginative class teaches basic yoga poses and sequences through games, story-telling, and simple stretching. Children will have the opportunity to sing, draw, and play while they exercise their minds and bodies. The focus is on building flexibility, social skills, and, of course, having fun!

Recommended for children ages 5-11.

Meditation View Classes

For centuries yogis have practiced asanas (postures) to prepare the body for a comfortable seat. The seat is the crucial foundation for beginning – and sustaining – a solid meditation practice. Shutting out the distractions of the outside world and bringing awareness to one

Point of focus allows us to approach concentration (dharana) and eventually move closer to meditation (dyana). Why do yogis want to meditate and draw all attention inward? Simple: we want to quiet the mind chatter.

Join us for a 20 minute guided meditation that follows the 7:00 pm candlelit flow class. We will go over the tools needed to set up a good seat, get into our breath (using various pranayama techniques), and move our focus inward. All are welcome!

Postnatal View Classes

Bring your baby* and join us for a 90-minute postnatal yoga class to help you heal and rejuvenate your body and embrace the new and powerful emotions following childbirth.

*Babies up to 18 months old are welcome. Carriers and collapsible strollers preferred as we have limited parking space for strollers.

Prenatal View Classes

In this moderately-paced prenatal yoga class, we practice yoga asana created to strengthen the body and increase stamina required for labor.

Preregistration is recommended.

Restorative View Classes

Restorative yoga takes a gentle, healing approach to releasing deep layers of tension throughout the body. We’ll use blocks, bolsters, and blankets to support and ground postures which are held for approximately ten minutes. Dim lighting and soft music create a peaceful atmosphere your mind & body will thank you for.

This class is open to all levels and perfectly suited for anyone recovering from injury, illness, or simply feeling overwhelmed.

Slow and Heated (Candlelit) View Classes

Think restorative yoga and heated flow had a baby. We add a few restorative postures to slow the flow.
